Orders & Returns
What is the status of my order? Your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Transit time begins the day after leaving our facility.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The email will allow you to click on a link to the Fed Ex website and track your order.
You may also check your order status on our Order Status page.
I received an "in stock" notification but cannot place my order. Please give us a call at (800) 550-7327 to place the order.
Can I change or cancel my order? Once an order has been placed, we strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Therefore we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.

Do you offer exchanges? You may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for an exchange. Boots must be in original, unworn condition to be accepted for an exchange (unless defective). Always try on your new boots indoors and test wear them only on carpeted or clean, smooth surfaced floors. We cannot accept back boots that have visible scuffs or that have been worn outside.
To request an exchange, complete the return/exchange form that is included in every package and fill out the appropriate section detailing what you’d like to exchange your original order for. Please note that on all exchange requests you will be refunded for the item you return and then charged for the new item when it ships out to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card/bank account. No shipping charges will be applied to exchange orders and exchanges are exempt from our $6.95 restocking fee.

How much does shipping cost? We provide free standard shipping (for orders over $99) and free returns (within 30 days) on all orders placed on tonylama.com and shipping to an address within the United States.

Accessories & Apparel
- Ground $2.50 (on orders under $99)
PO Box orders, AA, AE, AP, AK, HI orders and orders with only accessories will ship USPS ground (no upgrade) with the above rates.
Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax amount is calculated during checkout based on the order’s shipping address.
Product & Sizing
How does a steel toe compare to a composite toe boot? The composite toe will be lighter in weight while maintaining the requirements of a steel toed boot.
What size boots should I order? We recommend ordering your normal shoe size (not an athletic shoe).
Is the fit different in a square toe verses a round toe boot? They should fit very close to the same but you may have a little more toe room in the square toe boots.
What is the circumference of your women’s boot tops? We do not have the circumference measurements on our boot tops.
How should I care for my boots? Visit our Boot Care page for more information.
What is the warranty for my boots? Justin Brands warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty runs to and is valid only for the first purchaser.
Variations of coloring or shading or other deviations caused by the inherent nature of using natural materials in the manufacturing process are not considered defects.
Wear and fit issues are also not considered defects. Tony Lama has no liability for and this limited warranty does not cover improper sizing or fit once a product has been worn.
We do not warrant soles against wear, nor will we consider a claim when a boot is altered, misused or abused in any way.
