The 11" Junction boot from our 3R™ Work collection is designed for dependable performance while helping to keep feet comfortable on the job. It's built with a rubber outsole for rugged traction and an orthotic insole for comfortable support. This boot meets ASTM F2892 safety footwear standards.

Full Welt - Our full welt construction offers a more universal boot fit. When using this method, our bootmakers carefully sew the perimeter of the outsole to the upper boot to ensure quality, long-lasting craftsmanship. This well-known method creates a relaxed, comfortable fit with the ability to resole.
Oil + Slip Resisting - Designed with heavy-duty outsoles that influence the grip of the boot when walking on wet surfaces and are constructed with materials to prevent the outsole from swelling when standing in oil for long periods of time.
