Patented Technology

Lama Comfort® - Our Lama Comfort® technology features layers of comfort made up of a leather covered insole to add breathability, a Poron® cushioning urethane for shock absorption and a triple-density insole board for uncompromising durability and moisture absorption.
Cushion Comfort® - Our Cushion Comfort® system is a removable insole that forms to the foot to provide stability and shock absorption for instant comfort and joint protection.

Branded Components

OrthoLite® - Our OrthoLite® insoles provide extreme breathability and cushion inside our boots. Featuring anti-bacterial characteristics, our OrthoLite® insoles can easily be removed and washed.
Dri-Lex® - Dri-Lex® is an abrasion resistant fabric that moves moisture away from the foot. This fabric works in tandem with a layer of spacer mesh which allows air to circulate and dry the foot by moving moisture to the outer layer.
Vibram® Outsole® - We partner with Vibram®, the world’s leader in high performance outsoles, to develop durable outsoles specifically designed for comfort and dependable traction.
Dri-Freeze® - Dri-Freeze® delivers heightened foot comfort through a moisture management lining system that is breathable, quick drying and abrasion resisting. The cooling yarns keep the foot comfortable as temperatures rise.

3/4 Welt - Our ¾ welt construction is our most meticulous and sought after method. When crafting a ¾ welt boot, our expert bootmakers carefully hammer wood pegs and/or nails into small holes in the leather outsole securing the insole and the outsole together. This time-tested bootmaking technique offers higher quality craftsmanship and a signature fit with the ability to resole.
Full Welt - Our full welt construction offers a more universal boot fit. When using this method, our bootmakers carefully sew the perimeter of the outsole to the upper boot to ensure quality, long-lasting craftsmanship. This well-known method creates a relaxed, comfortable fit with the ability to resole.
